Duplicate product listings or using multiple accounts

According to Kaidee's usage policy, we have the following terms and conditions

  • It is not allowed to have duplicate listings for the same product or service, whether from the same seller or different sellers
  • Each user or business is allowed to have only one user account

Due to our commitment to creating a fair marketplace where buyers have the opportunity to choose from a variety of products and not encounter repeated listings from a single seller, we uphold the right for all sellers to have an equal opportunity to showcase their products.

If it is found that any business or seller has created multiple user accounts or has repeatedly posted identical listings (Spam), Kaidee reserves the right to suspend your account immediately.

However, we understand that some sellers may unintentionally post duplicate listings. Here are some recommendations:

  • If you want to temporarily stop selling, you can close the original listing and re-list it when you are ready. You can do this by going to 'My ads' selecting 'Close Ad' and then reactivating the listing later

  • If you need to make changes to your listing, you don't have to delete it and repost. You can edit the existing listing by going to your ad and clicking 'Edit Ad'
