How do I know if the seller I'm dealing with is trustworthy?

  • Verify seller information such as:
    • Check seller details - Username, sales history.
    • Look at the membership duration to ensure it's not a new account created to scam.
    • Check identity verification - A good seller should have identity verification with an ID card and a KYC Badge.
    • Request additional seller information like their website, Facebook page, and Instagram Account.

Should I transfer money to the seller's account immediately?

  • Buyers should not transfer money to sellers immediately. Verify the following information:
    • Account name - It should be a legal entity's name, such as a company or store name.

The seller sends a Kaidee website link to enter my credit card number for receiving payment. Should I enter it?
